Thank you for allowing me to stay at the Beaver-Pointe residence for the year. I really enjoyed it. Everything was great. Thanks a bunch.We just wanted to thank you for being so helpful. Out of all the places we have all lived, none of the customer service compares. You guys have been so kind to us and have always been there. Scott, thank you so much for helping me with my car. It's hard when you are away from home and you feel like you have no one to call, but you were there to help! And thanks for helping with the rat, "ratatouille", we are happy you are giving him a good home. You guys are great and we hope we will not have to call on you for any more strange occurences. Thank you so much for being there.

I can't believe this is my last rent payment to you guys! You all have been great to work with. Anytime I had a repair, you saw to it right away (and you never let Jakis out either). Jakis and I are on the move to Alabama as I will be going back to school to work on a Masters degree. I will miss you all very much! Thanks for making my two years here in Athens enjoyable.
