Scott Hancock - As one of the owners of Hancock Properties, Inc., Scott is active in all aspects of the company from management to leasing and maintenance. He was also hands on during the construction of the rental properties. Scott lives in Athens with his two children, Derek and Mara.

Stephanie Mullis - Stephanie has been with Hancock Properties, Inc. since 2002 and works as the Office & Leasing Manager. She grew up in Lawrenceville, GA and fell in love with Athens during her time at UGA. Stephanie lives in Athens with her husband, Wade, and their two dogs.

David Dove - A full time student at UGA, David helps us take care of our resident’s maintenance requests and helps with leasing, too. He has been with Hancock Properties, Inc. since 2003. David hopes to pursue law school after he finishes his undergrad in 2009.
